Our platform is designed for churches, ministries, Christian nonprofits, and faith-based businesses seeking to grow their kingdom impact through effective marketing and communication tools.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or to address security issues.
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Our services are intended for legitimate churches, ministries, and Christian businesses. We reserve the right to verify your organization's status and may request documentation to confirm eligibility.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You must comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy and marketing regulations in your jurisdiction.
Our services are offered through monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is clearly displayed on our website and may be updated with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe to a paid plan.

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.
Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
